Required Skills:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experienced in the same field
- Preferably with experienced in ACMV (aircon & mechanical ventilation); Plumbing & Sanitary services; Fire Fighting & Protection Services; Electrical/Telephone/internet LAN Services; Lift Installation & Maintenance
- Hands-on experience for technical staff
- Knowledge of interpretation of O & M (operation manual) for various M & E services
- Can assist on testing M & E equipments
- Excellent English communication skills both oral & written
- Holder of valid PRC license
- 30 years old below
